How it works
How peeking works

02 · Accepted
Pick the requests that fit
Each request shows the price, deadline, distance and how many photos and videos are needed. Accept the ones that fit your day and decline the rest.
03 · On site
Visit, shoot, upload
Follow the Seeker's notes, upload photos and videos from the app, add notes, and answer in the chat if they want another angle.
04 · Paid
Get paid to your bank
When the Seeker completes the visit, the full visit price goes to your Stripe account and on to your bank.
Earnings
You keep the whole visit price
Seekers set the price for each visit, from $25 to $200, and you see it before you accept. The 10% service fee is paid by the Seeker, not taken from your earnings.
- Your schedule. No shifts and no minimums. Take a visit on your way home, or a few on a Saturday.
- Clear pay up front. Every request shows what it pays before you say yes.
- Use what you know. The streets, the traffic, the block: it's what remote buyers are missing.

FAQ
Peeker questions
Pay, payouts, requirements and what a visit involves.
How much can I earn as a Peeker?
Each request shows its price before you accept, from $25 to $200 per visit, set by the Seeker. You keep the full visit price; the service fee is paid by the Seeker.
How and when do I get paid?
When the Seeker completes and pays for the visit, your earnings go to your Stripe account and are paid out to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. You can see your earnings in the app's Earnings tab.
What do I need to become a Peeker?
You need to be at least 18, have an iPhone, upload a government ID and set up payouts with Stripe, which verifies your identity and bank account.
Do I need real estate experience?
No. You need to show up on time, follow the Seeker's brief, and take clear, honest photos and videos.
Do I choose which requests to take?
Yes. You see the price, deadline, distance and number of photos for each request, and you accept only the ones that fit your schedule.
Do I have to go inside the property?
Only where you have the right to be: public areas, or with the owner's or agent's permission. Never put yourself at risk, and decline any request that asks for something unsafe or unlawful.
Am I an employee of Property Peek?
