Reporting a user or content

Use Report on the user's chat screen. We review every report within 24 hours and remove objectionable content and users who violate our Terms. You can also Block a user from the chat screen to stop them contacting you.

Getting paid as a Peeker

Open Earnings in the app and tap Set up payouts. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details. After a Seeker completes and pays for a job, your share is sent to your Stripe account and paid out to your bank on Stripe's schedule. Tap Manage payouts to see payouts in your Stripe dashboard.

Why can't I accept requests yet?

Peekers need two things before they can accept requests: your driver's license uploaded in the app, and Stripe payout setup finished (Earnings → Set up payouts). You'll get a notification as soon as both are done.
